Hi! I'm Scott.
In my 13-year engineering career I've held leadership roles from team lead to CTO and have run teams from 6 to over 60. I've helped companies like Venmo, Groupon, Braintree, and others adapt to the challenges of running a high-growth, high-impact engineering team.

We meet up for a brief conversation about your challenges, my process, and any questions you might have.
Next, we spend a couple of hours on a deeper assessment on your challenges and we devise a strategy for solving them. This is completely, 100% free so that you try before you buy.
